FOREST BATHING
Forest bathing is a guided, sensory immersion in nature designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset.
Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, this experience invites you to engage your senses, move intentionally, and experience the forest as a place of rest, without pressure or performance.
Set within Riverside Retreat’s protected forest, guests follow a thoughtfully marked path with gentle reflection points that encourage presence, calm, and connection.
