Surrounded by 20 acres of protected forest in the Niagara Escarpment, the natural setting becomes part of the experience, creating space for presence, connection, and grounding, guided by intentional planning and on-site support.

The Wellness Studio is a purpose-built indoor studio designed to support focused gatherings, learning, and wellness-based programming.
Surrounded by nature yet equipped with modern amenities, this space offers a calm, private environment ideal for facilitators, trainers, and practitioners hosting workshops, meetings, or intimate retreat sessions.
With generous natural light and French doors with bug screens that open to allow the sounds of the Noisy River into the studio to bring the energy of the outdoors in to support creativity and reflection.
